The rare scary hat was a Monday rare for Halloween of 2012. I'm pretty sure this item was available for purchase in 2010 and 2011 for phantom day. The non-rare scary cat hat is a beta, but I'm not too sure about the rare version.
I feel like not many jammers want this item, considering I was online for about three hours waiting for someone to make me an offer on it and no one did. I kept doing this for two more days and finally got an offer.

Not a fair offer at all. The two clothing items can be bought in stores and the penguin is not a plushie many jammers want. If they added a rare and changed the plushie then it could of been fair.
